Pre-Thanksgiving Vegan Turkey Practice

This is our 1st trial run for making our Thanksgiving Day vegan roast.   It's made out of vital wheat gluten, spices, nutritional yeast and veggie broth. It was boiled then roasted.

Wedding Present

This is a wedding gift for our friend.  She gave everyone a purple piece of paper and asked to write something for them.  So we wrote a poem and made this out of it. Cheers.

Making Sushi

                          Veggie sushi rolls and a miso soup. My first time turned out awesome.
